Spinoza & Early/Modern Philosophy
A Virtual Workshop from Johns Hopkins University
Meetings via Zoom, for 90 minutes, approximately every other week
Our aim is to create a pleasant and modest forum for presentation of works in progress that engage both early modern and modern philosophy. We also host discussions of new books (i.e., author-meets-critics sessions). Presenters are invited (but not obliged) to pre-circulate drafts, and participants are invited (but equally not obliged) to read any pre-circulated papers.
The Spinoza and Early/Modern Philosophy Workshop acknowledges the generous support of the Singleton Center for the Study of Premodern Europe (Johns Hopkins University).
